Shipping and Handling In most cases your order will be dispatched the next working day but please allow a maximum of 10 working days for your goods to be delivered, should there be any delay with the expected delivery time we will contact you via e-mail.

Tracking your order To track your order you can either call our customer services on 0203 538 0118 and tell them the date your order was placed, order number, your full name and billing address and phone number. Or e-mail us with the above information at: info@abuzelondon.com and we will check your order status and send you an update.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return or exchange your product please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@abuzelondon.com or telephone us on: 0203 538 0118. Please include a copy of the original sale invoice showing name address, transaction code and date of order, when returning your product. The product must be returned in its original, condition and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If the goods are returned as detailed above we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please state your reason for returning your item and details of replacement products if required on the reverse of your sales invoice. The product will be your responsibility until it reaches us and you will be responsible for the postage of the return parcel. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures you for the goods rather than using the standard royal mail service.
